Our goal is to offer young people from rural Dobrogea the opportunity to develop their skills and competencies through non-formal education!

 

That is, learning differently than in school, through activities and experiences that help them grow and develop.

We want to give the opportunity to every young person to discover their potential and get where they want to go.
